I decided to send our pictorial #4 early this week?  Why?  Well, have you ever experienced something in a “moment in time” that seemed to sear your soul for a lifetime?

Well, this experience seared me. I was with folks on the way to a meeting when this photo was captured as we drove by. Living in a hole in an area frequently flooded out in Managua were these children. I felt overwhelmed by sadness, as tears streamed down my cheeks. I felt both a twinge of guilt knowing I would eventually go home to a warm bed and shower…as well as increased commitment to persevere with the road to justice.

Thank you for persevering with the Mission of Hope. May your soul be touched with human goodness and divine wisdom today! Because of you, we share HOPE!
