Hurricane Helene

We have all witnessed the urgent need for assistance in the wake of Hurricane Helene's devastation. In terms of damage and the vast area affected, this storm has been compared with Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Our hearts and prayers go out to all those experiencing the destruction and, in particular, to those who have lost loved ones.

Several donors have approached the Mission to inquire if we will collect funds to assist those suffering these devastating losses.

I have spoken with Sr. Debbie and board members about how we can best help. It appears that funds will be of greatest assistance at this time. We are looking at options to ensure your donation will go directly to those needing it. When we have identified our "Ambassadors of Hope," we will send an update.
